Bales Security was founded in 2003 in Tampa, Florida. 23 years later, we still work out of the same office, still answer the same phone number, and still run the company the way we did the first day: a real, regional, licensed agency, accountable to the clients who hire it. Tracy F. Bales has owned the company for its entire run.

We work across 26 Tampa Bay area municipalities, dispatching from a single office downtown. The contracts we sign are recurring engagements with property managers, HOA boards, school operations leaders, retail operators, and homeowners who want a real person on the property — not a call center, not an alarm-monitoring vendor, not a national chain subcontracting to whoever picks up.

We are not the largest agency in Florida. We have never tried to be. We are, by design, a regional firm with a crew we can vouch for, a supervisor who answers the phone, and a written report on the client's desk Monday morning that matches what actually happened on Saturday night. 23 years in, those four things are still the whole job.
